Bianca has been making our customers smile since 2008. Working in sales coordination, she links our partners to you, the end user.
«I love my job – I think it is very important to present myself as a human being and not as a machine. To me, my customers are not only a running number in the system, but real people who have their own background, their own personality.»
Bianca describes herself as a “communicative chatterbox that jumps from one topic to the other”. At work, she mainly uses her brains and mouth, whilst at home, she likes to get her hands dirty doing reparations at her house, garden work or crafts with her little daughter.
Every year, she takes her time to hike another part of the Way of St. James, which runs through the north of the Iberic Peninsula to Santiago de Compostela in Spain. According to Bianca, nothing compares to the immense feeling of happiness that overwhelmed her when she successfully completed the first and hardest section of the famous trail. Walking 18 kilometres uphill and climbing 1500 metres in altitude requires quite some perseverance, a character trait from which she also benefits in her job at Arina.
